Week of 11/22 and L11 Printout

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Congratulations on finishing the second English exams. Students will receive their exams back on Monday and we will go over them in class as well. Please make sure to sign EACH exam, and corrections are to be completed with a color pencil.

After the exams, the students were treated to a holiday classic, A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving. The school is already gearing up for Christmas, soon enough, the English classroom will be fully decorated!

We will be doing another paragraph writing soon, and this time we will be preparing students for a Show and Tell. More details will be given to the students next week.

Best of luck on the Chinese exams next week!

Week of 11/1 and Lesson 9 Printout

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We completed the curriculum for L8 without any problems and the students are doing well. This week, students were introduced to Thanksgiving and we started making a Thanksgiving card in class. I am encouraging them to be creative, and not necessarily have to write to a family member or friend, but to things that we often take for granted too. Students are asked to complete their card at home, I am excited to see the final product!

And we will be doing our next creative writing paragraph next week.

Below is the printout for 11/1 - 11/5. Please be sure to look at the correct one for your child.
